What it takes to enrol.
Minimum 17, 10+2 with Physics & Maths
CBSE/State/NIOS/equivalent. VCRAFT assists students without Physics & Maths through NIOS. CPL(H) cadets can enrol up to age 40.
DGCA Class 1 & 2 required
Basic English proficiency and correctable vision per DGCA norms, plus the passion, commitment and physical & mental fitness the profession demands. 100% medical assistance from our admissions team.

How is my DGCA Computer Number generated?
Once you enrol, VCRAFT's admissions team files your application with DGCA to generate a Computer Number (CN) — the identifier tied to all your ground exam and licence records. We handle document verification and submission on your behalf.
What financial assistance is available?
Two routes: the Scholarship Program for qualifying cadets on merit, and VCRAFT Pilot Finance — loans up to ₹2 Crore, unsecured up to ₹50 Lakhs, structured around your course fees and repayment capacity.
What if I don't have Physics & Maths in 10+2?
VCRAFT assists students without Physics and Maths through NIOS, so you can still qualify for the 10+2 requirement before enrolling.
What's the DGCA medical requirement?
DGCA Class 1 & 2 medicals are required, alongside basic English proficiency and correctable vision per DGCA norms. Our admissions team provides 100% medical assistance.
What happens if I don't clear a DGCA exam on the first attempt?
Ground School includes a 10% fee refund if you don't clear an exam first attempt, plus unlimited revision classes to help you get there.
What career pathways are open after licensing?
Ground School clears the way into CPL(A) flight training via VCRAFT's partner locations, or into the CPL(H) cadet program. CPL(H) graduates place into VIP charters, aerial tourism, medical evacuation, offshore logistics, law enforcement and emergency services, with placement partners including Ravit Leisure & Medevac Heli Services and Syandan Aviation.
